Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing NuBlocks for your nucleic acid needs. We are truly thankful of the interest you have shown in our products and wish to ensure that anything we sell meets the requirements and expectations of the user. Our products are always checked for purity before shipping, majority of our products are also shipped with dry-ice to guarantee stability. Refunds and returns are not transferable. If you are not entirely satisfied with the received product, see the return policy we have. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days since you have received the product. 

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and unused.

The returned product must be in its original packaging.

A valid receipt is also needed to process a return.

Please email us at info@nublocks.net to process your return. Custom synthesized products and trisphosphate conversions can not be returned. 

Refunds will be processed once product is shipped back in its unopened original packaging. We will send you an email once product is received and fully inspected. 

Refunds will be processed through the original credit card used for the payment. If payment was processed through other means please contact us at info@nublocks.net

The refund will be processed on the same day we receive the returned product, please note it may take up to 14 days for credit card refunds to process.

 

All returns should be sent back to the original plant located at 3628 Ocean Ranch Blvd, Oceanside, California, 92056. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All refunds will start processing once the product is received on our end.
