NuBlocks LLC specializes in process development, contracted reearch and manufacturing for the synthesis of nucleic acids, NTPs, dNTP, and phosphoramidites. We are fully committed to respecting your privacy.

NuBlocks LLC does not personally collect, store, sell or distribute any cookie data. Cookies that are native to webrowser may be collected to remember account details personalize shop access. These cookies are not collected and stored by any NuBlocks LLC databases. 

Our website currently does not link to any third party websites but this may change in the future. Any websites to third party websites follow their own set of Privacy Policy and it is recommended to read through those before using their site. 

We may share your personal information for the compliance, fraud prevention, required by law, and safety purposes – for example, your data may be used to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.

Law enforcement

NuBlocks LLC is based in the United States of America. We may be legally required to share certain information in a response to a subpoena or similar judicial process, to comply with state, federal or local laws, to protect the security or integrity of our websites database, to take precautions against liability, to the extent required by law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies. 

Our site is intended for use by a mature, commercial audience and is not targeted at children. We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we know that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal information through our site, we will remove their personally identifiable information from our database. If a chlidrens parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided such information through our site, the parent or guardian should contact us in writing at info@nublocks.net so that we may immediately respond appropriately.

You may opt out of all marketing and promotional emails we may send you. We reserve the right to contact you to communicate any troubleshooting, dangers and recalls for products we have sold to you. You may not emergency communications about products thaty may affect its use, safety, and hazards. 

NuBlocks LLC does not personally collect cookie data, but the webshop third party ecommerce platform may. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. 

We use appropriate organizational, technical, and administrative safety checks designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration and destruction of the personal information we maintain. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information. In the event that we are required to notify you about a situation involving your data, we may do so by email or telephone to the extent permitted by law.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes. We hold the right within applicable law to retain information necessary for the purposes of maintaining business records regarding a deleted or cancelled account, including records of credit transactions and account ownership. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes.
